Alder Hey Photographic Project
The international photographer Francesco Mellini took time out to judge the work of the Year 11 students who had worked on the Alder Hey Photographic Project. More Details
Our Year 11 Photographers
A number of Year 11 students have been involved with the Architects, John Laing in a project for the rebuilding of Alder Hey Children's hospital. They have worked with professional photographers to produce some outstanding images, some of which you can see on the link. These students had never used an SLR camera before and I think everyone will agree the outcomes are amazing. As a consequence of this project the school is now offering a L2 photography course. Basketball Final 2010 - BLUECOAT 50 - 52 SHOREFIELDS
Shorefields Yr 10 Basketball Team became the first team ever in the school’s history to win the prestigious ESBBA Liverpool Cup competition! They defeated the mighty Bluecoat School 52 -50 in an unbelievable final. More Details

7.3 with the help of Mrs Sweeney have been working to understand what bullying is and how it can make life miserable for young people who are victims of bullying.
