Oh Great City of Liverpool

City Of Liverpool, how it is great
from The Albert Dock to a drink with your mates.
Lamb Banana, La Princesse too
There is so much for you to do.

Liverpool One, the home of shopping
Call Delta Taxi’s and you’ll get a quick dropping.
Liverpool open bus tours see the sights
Or go down to town for the Christmas lights.

Maritime Museum, a lot to see
Or take a ride on the Mersey ferry.
Such great music from The Beatles to The Cast
There’s lot to name from present and past.

Football in this city is very much a tradition
Both teams filled with such ammunition.
84 and 85 both great
These were the years the city would dominate.

Entertainment is our name
Echo Arena, lots of fame.
Picton Library, read the best
There’s a lot to choose from the rest.

I’ve told you all there is to know
Come here then it will show.
All the people here are cool
That’s because we’re Liverpool!
